I will visit your home and give you an analysis using the different resources they have. Setting the price point of your home is one of the most important aspects of the home selling process that you will undertake. I will explain to you the differentiating factors influencing pricing including comparison pricing, current market stats, recently sold

I will walk through your home to see if any upgrades, such as repairs or staging could be made to boost up the value of your home and get the highest possible price for it.
The next step will be to sign a Listing Agreement, which gives your REALTOR® like myself permission to post your property on MLS (Multiple Listing Service). I will then begin
marketing your home through a variety of mediums — digital and traditional — and inform other REALTORS® (representing buyers) that your property is on the market. I will have professional photos, videos, floorplans, and custom design feature sheets ready to go before we list the property.

Once the marketing material is ready, I will list your home on the MLS as well as promote it in our network via social media and within our network of realtors. I will conduct open houses and be available to do private showings for other REALTORS® and their clients.
It is important that once your home is on the market, I consistently communicate with you regarding showings with feedback. Communication is extremely important to me and

I will guide you through the offer process and walk you through the negotiations to achieve the highest price for your home. I will thoroughly comb through the offer explaining every detail so that everything is understood to you, including all subjects, terms and conditions. When an offer is accepted, I will make sure that all the questions that come up during the subject period are dealt with promptly.
When the closing date arrives, I help you with key transfer and ensuring everything goes as planned.
